Maya has 12 years of experience as a family counsellor in Vancouver, mainly supporting not-for-profit Refugee and Immigration organizations. She holds a Masters in Human Sciences, and has given lectures on Emotional Intelligence, Neuroscience for Children and Radical Thinking. She’s the caring mother of 3 children, and enjoys the outdoors as much as guacamole and chips.
